Users who opt in may receive SMS reminders for Joy Collective classes, workshops, and events they registered for or requested updates about.
2. Cancellation
Reply STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, Joy Collective will send an SMS confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Joy Collective. If you want to receive SMS reminders again, contact support@joycollective.art for instructions on opting in again.

Reply HELP for help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, contact Joy Collective at support@joycollective.art.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
